The MINI Film Festival 2007 called in for entry to it’s second annual event. The contest are joined by amateur and professional film makers. Top Ten entries will be announced on November 20, 2007. The Misadventures of Tonio Lakwatsero
Tonio is a stow-away bear. Roxy, the mischievous owner, stole him from his nephew’s closet in Manila. Now, Tonio found himself in the land of nowhere, being at large and desperately looking on what he calls home.
He reportedly told his owner that he wants to climb the tallest building, Burj Dubai by himself. Tonio left his accommodation in July and when failed to return to his home, a search party was organized.

BUZZ, a youth culture magazine in Dubai commissioned the monkeys to do their cover art for the whole of month of October. All the 7 monkeys were involved in the artwork. You can easily pick who’s who on the surface. It’s kind of a rush, we only did this piece for two working days with our full-time work at the side.
